Refund policy

RETURNS must be postmarked on or before the 14th day to receive the full refund or store credit.

ALL returns will have a 20% restocking fee.

FREE return shipping!

You will have 7 days to return your unwanted items full refund minus the 20% restocking fee. An item returned after the 7th day will receive store credit ONLY.

You will have ONLY a total of 14 days to return your unwanted items. After 14 days, we will NOT accept any returns. NO exceptions will be made, therefore PLEASE communicate with us effectively so we can take care of you; as that is our #1 priority!

Refunds or store credit will be issued as long as the product is undamaged, tags attached, and odorless. Odorless means free from the smell of perfumes, sweat, food, etc.  

What do we mean by damage? Damaged is any wear and tear to our item. This can be holes, stains, loose threading or tears. 

Damaged items WILL NOT be accepted!

Final sale items will not be accepted for return or any items purchased with more than a 15% discount code.  

SWIMWEAR IS NOT RETURNABLE

Once we receive your returned item and inspect the item, we will notify you with the next steps in our return/refund process!
